Terms and Receiving Plant Material with Western Tree Nursery

TERMS: Cash, Open accounts due the tenth of the month following receipt of goods. Service charge of 2% per month(annual percentage rate of 24%) applied to balance outstanding at close of previous month before payments, credit and purchases for current month. All material returned for reasons other than errors by WTN will be charged a 30% restocking fee. 

PRICES AND CONDITIONS: This price list cancels all previous quotations and is for wholesale trade only. All orders accepted subject to stock available. All prices subject to change without notice.

DELIVERY: Minimum order for delivery on all routes is $1,000.00, except for Reno and Carson City*- WTN charges 9% freight on local and established routes for orders exceeding $1,000.00.
*All Reno/Carson City area deliveries are charged 9% for all orders exceeding $1,200.00

RETURNS: All plant material must be accepted or rejected at the time of delivery or will-call. No plant material can be returned at a later date.

TIE-OFF POLICY: WTN will hold material for 30 days upon receipt of a 100 nonrefundable deposit. Please contact your sales representative for further information.
